Quality, cost, time of submission, is a company policy program fully recognized by the Quality Assurance Division. The quality control flow of PAL INDONESIA is as required by the customer. PAL INDONESIA employs a comprehensive quality control policy. The overall quality system includes: logistics planning, production and after sales, the quality control system of the production aspect can be seen as follows:

  1. Implement quality, cost, time of submission in time based on customer needs and others.
  2. Continuous development is effective and efficient in all events and management commitments (points 1 and 2)
  • Provide customer assurance for products and services.
  • Provide customer assurance that the production and output processes want to be always protected with environmental attention.
